Through brain health education, it is empowering to witness behavioral changes among participants that shift their personal brain health to a priority and not an option in their daily lives. These lifestyle choices could effectively reduce the incidence of dementia and associated healthcare costs.

I am the inaugural Director the first, non-pharmacological, non-hospital based based brain health center located on a senior living campus in the United States. I am also an Atlantic Fellow for Equity in Brain Health with the Global Brain Health Institute at Trinity College Dublin in Ireland. Collaboratively, these roles have provided me additional knowledge and skills to support aging adults with brain health concerns through the development of a variety of programs and services for our multiple award winning center.
