“Watching my mom live, and ultimately die, with Alzheimer’s turned my world upside down. My hope is that by sharing our story, I can help other caregivers realize they aren’t alone. I use my brain, energy, and passion to raise awareness, support families who are on this journey, and educate those within my circle of influence. It’s absolutely crucial that we use our collective voice to cultivate a greater sense of urgency among the masses. The time to end Alzheimer’s is now. I am the creator of The Long and Winding Road, a volunteer and moderator for the Facebook Support Community of USAgainstAlzheimer’s and a founding member of ClergyAgainstAlzheimer’s.
